There is no price list on the site: lunch at a Shymkent coffee shop and a programme for a hotel chain in both capitals are entirely different. We quote after a short conversation.
Why prices are on request
The one name "mystery guest audit" covers very different tasks. A business lunch for one, a family dinner for four with mains and desserts, a hotel night with a late arrival and breakfast, a bathhouse session with a steam treatment. One figure on the site would be either too high for a simple task or inaccurate for a complex one. So first a conversation, then a written quote. If you later add visits, cities or venues, we will recalculate and email a new quote.
What the cost depends on
- Format. A restaurant or shop visit, a hotel stay, a mystery call, a digital audit, a language compliance audit or a combination.
- City. Almaty, Astana, Shymkent or another city the mystery guest must travel to.
- Number of venues. One venue or a chain with a single checklist.
- Number of visits. A one-off visit, a series across shifts or monthly audits.
Formats
One-off audit
A visit to the scenario agreed at the briefing and the full report. Suits the run-up to a season, a new manager, a second outlet opening or a specific guest complaint on 2GIS. One visit is enough to see the whole guest journey and know where to look for the cause.
Multi-month programme
Visits on different days and shifts. Useful when service depends on load: in Astana in major forum weeks, in Almaty in the winter mountain season. Several visits show how the team works on a quiet day and at the peak, and separate a chance error from a systemic one.
Chain
One checklist and identical scenarios for all outlets, in one city or several. Results are compared item by item and section by section, showing where a specific stage dips: the welcome at one outlet, the bill at another. For a chain across cities, visits are scheduled on comparable days and hours.
The mystery guest's bill
On a paid audit the mystery guest pays at the venue like any guest. You reimburse this amount against the receipt, and it is not part of the service fee. The amount is agreed in advance to fit the scenario: lunch for one, dinner for a group or a night in the right room category.

We audit one venue and send the full report; no contract or prepayment is needed. How the mystery guest's bill on the first audit is paid is agreed before the visit. You see the full report, then decide if you need a programme.
How to get a quote
Email info@gosti.kz: format, city, number of venues and what you want audited. We will reply, suggest a time to talk and send a quote afterwards. No, it is a separate expense: on paid audits you reimburse it against the receipt, and the limit is discussed before the visit.
What will I receive?
