Privacy policy

The gosti.kz site learns nothing about its visitors. We only hold data when you send us an email yourself, and below is what happens to it.

What the site collects

Nothing. There are no contact forms, cookies, analytics or visitor counters. Fonts, styles and images are hosted on the site itself, so your browser does not contact third-party services when pages open.

Emails to info@gosti.kz

When you write to us, the email is kept in a mailbox with a hosting provider in Kazakhstan. We use it only to reply and prepare a proposal, never for mailings. There is no need to send extra details: a name, the venue, the city and a description of the task are enough for a reply.

We delete a thread one year after its last email. If you want it deleted sooner, write to info@gosti.kz and we will delete the emails.

Server logs

Like any web server, the site's server keeps technical logs: IP address, request time, page address, browser details. The logs are held by the hosting provider and are needed to run and protect the server. We do not use them to find out who visited the site and do not link them to correspondence.

Your rights

You can find out what data of yours is in our correspondence, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent to its processing. To do so, write to info@gosti.kz and we will reply by email. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the authorised state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan for personal data protection.

Applicable law

Personal data processing is governed by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Their Protection No. 94-V of 21 May 2013. The law requires personal data to be kept in a database located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, so the site's email is hosted with a provider in Kazakhstan. A name, email address and signature in an email are personal data, and we handle them under this law.

Operator

Data operator: the administration of gosti.kz. Data questions go to info@gosti.kz. Site rules are in the terms of use, and how to reach us is on the Contact page.

Changes

A new version of the policy, if needed, will be published here with the date of change.

Version of 17 October 2026.
