What this site is about

The gosti.kz site describes the work of the GOSTI mystery guest service in Kazakhstan. Its texts are for information only and are not a public offer. A service description gives a general idea of the work; the scope of a specific audit is set after the briefing. Scenarios, examples and the illustrative report are invented for clarity and do not describe real venues.

Prices and agreements

Cost, timing and scope of work are agreed with each client separately and in writing. The terms of the free first audit are also confirmed by email before the visit. What makes up the cost is described on the Pricing page.

Site materials

Rights to the site's texts, its structure and the illustrative sample report belong to GOSTI. They may be quoted with a link to the gosti.kz page quoted from. Copying texts in full requires written consent, which can be requested by email. Linking to site pages needs no approval. Blog articles discuss service and rules in general terms and do not replace a lawyer's advice.

The GOSTI network

GOSTI works in several countries; the network's main site is gosti.com.ru. The gosti.kz site covers audits in Kazakhstan, and these terms apply to it alone. Network sites in other countries have their own terms.

Liability

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may change without separate notice. The parties' obligations regarding audits arise only from written agreements, and decisions made solely on the basis of the site's texts rest with the reader. We are not responsible for the content of sites that link to gosti.kz.
